Which payment methods are accepted?

All payments are processed in the currency underlying the purchase. We accept:

  • Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard)
  • Klarna (Pay Now, Pay Later)
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay
How can I track my order?

We will inform you about the expected delivery time of your order in checkout and in your order confirmation email. This confirmation email includes a tracking number, which you can use to track your order.

Can I change my order after it has been processed?

Once an order is fulfilled, the delivery option, delivery address, payment method, and product sizes can unfortunately not be changed.

How do I enter a discount code for an online order?

You can enter discount codes in the order checkout.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact us via vindicatesupp@gmail.com. To ensure short delivery times, we send parcels as quickly as possible. Therefore, we can’t guarantee that orders can be canceled or changed. After the procession and fulfillment please check Return & Refunds on how to continue after your order has arrived.

I paid my Order but didn't receive an Order Confirmation?

If you have ordered something from us and it has been successfully debited from your bank or PayPal account, this order is also in our system. If you don’t receive an order confirmation email anyways, please contact us via vindicatesupp@gmail.com to get in touch with us with your full name and address so that we can send you the order confirmation email.

What if my items are damaged?

We're very sorry if your item arrived damaged. You can make a claim for the item by contacting us via vindicatesupp@gmail.com. Provide us with photos and a description of the damage, as well as your order number, so we can find your order.

Please tell us all the information requested, so that we can process your claim as soon as possible.

Where is my order if I have already received a order confirmation, but it has been a few days?

No need to worry. We are already in the middle of the process of sending your order to you as soon as possible. In case of any complications, we will contact you immediately, otherwise you will get your order soon.

Does Vindicate ship to my country?

Since we’re an upcoming brand, we initially only deliver to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

My order was not fully delivered.

What are the refund guidelines?

Any products purchased can be returned to us within 14 days after you received your order. To return your order, please use our Rücksendeformular. This label must be placed in the package so that we can assign the return to your order. The cost of return shipping for purchased products is the responsibility of the customer.

  • All products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • All products must be unworn and unwashed.
  • All original Vindicate tags must still be attached to the products.

Please ensure that you keep proof of deposit until the refund or exchange has been issued. For further information or any issues concerning your return, contact us via vindicatesupp@gmail.com.

When will I receive my refund?

If the returned items match our refund guidelines, you will receive your refund within the next 10-15 days. The refund will be made using the original payment method and doesn’t include delivery costs.

How can I reset my password?

To reset your password, you just need to click on "forgotten password" when logging in. Enter the email address you use for your Vindicate account and click send. You'll receive an email with a password reset link in it. Additionally check your spam folder!

Click on the link in the email and you can enter a new password.

How can I change or add a delivery address?

In your customer account, click on ”your adresses” to change your delivery address or add a new one. Remember to update your adresses before you order since you can’t change your delivery address once your order is on the way.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

If you want to unsubscribe from our newsletter you can do it by clicking on “unsubscribe” in any newsletter email you got from us.
